Grill Masters Competition
March 5th


‚ÄčMen it is that time again! Time to get your team together and fire up your grills for our Grill Masters Competition!


There is a $20 entry fee for this competition.

Prizes will be awarded for each category as well as Grand Champion.



There are 3 categories that you can compete in: Red meat, non-red meat, sides.
Each group must have a side and at least one meat. 


Set-up and grilling:  The parking lot (located behind the gym) will open at 5:00AM for you to bring your grill, supplies for the competition.  This does not mean that you have to be there at 5:00AM this is just the time the parking lot will open.  The kitchen will open at 6:30AM, if you forgot some utensils or if you need to borrow something. You will be given a designated location.  All cooking must be done in this given location.  You are free to walk around and socialize, get a sneak peak at other contestants but all grilling related work must be done in your given area.

Other details:  Judging will take place at 12:30PM  in the gym.  All food must be at the judging tables by 12:30PM.  Each category will be judged on taste, presentation, and overall champion. We also would like for you to create or heat up some BBQ sauce that we can use during the meal. Deadline to enter the competition is February 28!

Teams:  Your team must consist of at least two persons and no more than four persons.  You must give your team a name (be creative) and list all team members.
 
Eating:  Eating and enjoying the meal will start at 1:00PM in the gym. We want you to bring your families to enjoy the goodness of the competition. We will provide the drinks and paper goods.
